FAQ

Questions AboutBuying and Ownership

Find useful information about vehicle finance, trade-ins, inspections, registration, delivery and purchasing through Torque Motors in the UAE.

01 Can Torque Motors help with an outstanding vehicle loan? +

Yes. Our team can explain the settlement process and help identify the documents normally required by the financing bank. The outstanding balance and vehicle mortgage must be handled according to the lender’s requirements before ownership can be transferred.

02 Which vehicle payment options are available? +

Payment routes may include bank transfer, card payment, cash within the applicable limits or vehicle finance through a participating bank. Torque Motors will confirm the available methods and transaction requirements before completion.

03 Can my vehicle be delivered within the UAE? +

Delivery can be arranged to many locations across the Emirates. The schedule and any applicable cost depend on the destination, vehicle availability, registration status, insurance and completion of payment.

04 Do you assist with bank and registration procedures? +

Torque Motors can support you with dealership paperwork, finance coordination and the usual ownership-transfer or registration steps. Final processing remains subject to the relevant bank, insurer and UAE transport authority.

05 Can I arrange a test drive before buying? +

Yes. Test drives can be scheduled for eligible vehicles by contacting Torque Motors in advance. Please bring valid identification and a UAE driving licence. Our team will confirm the appointment and vehicle availability.

06 Are warranty options available with your vehicles? +

Warranty and service-plan availability depends on the specific vehicle, including its age, mileage, condition and remaining manufacturer coverage. Any included or optional protection will be explained before purchase.

07 How quickly can a vehicle finance application be reviewed? +

Review times vary according to the bank, applicant profile and completeness of the submitted documents. Providing accurate information can help reduce delays, but the final decision and processing period are controlled by the financing provider.

08 What does lease-to-own mean? +

Where available, lease-to-own allows you to use a vehicle under an agreed payment arrangement before ownership is transferred. The deposit, payment period, monthly amount, eligibility and transfer conditions depend on the provider’s contract.

09 Can I trade in my current vehicle? +

Yes. Torque Motors can inspect your current vehicle and prepare a trade-in valuation based on its specification, mileage, condition, service history and current UAE market demand. Any outstanding finance will also need to be reviewed.

10 What documents may be required for vehicle finance? +

Banks commonly request an Emirates ID, passport, valid UAE residence details, employment or income evidence and recent bank statements. Self-employed applicants may also need company documents. Exact requirements vary between financing providers.

11 What affects a vehicle’s resale value in the UAE? +

Resale value is influenced by regional demand, specification, mileage, mechanical condition, accident history and maintenance records. Vehicles with recognised GCC specifications and a clear service history may attract stronger buyer interest.

12 What should I inspect before purchasing a used vehicle? +

Review the chassis number, registration information, regional specification, mileage, service records and accident history. The engine, transmission, air-conditioning, tyres, brakes and electrical systems should also be checked before completing the purchase.
